KlariVital ("we", "our", or "the app") is local-first: your account and health data are stored only on your own device. We do not operate a central server that holds your health records, so there is no separate "delete my account" request to send us — deleting the app deletes your data.
Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored data for your account, including:
Nothing. Because KlariVital never uploads this data to a KlariVital-operated server, we don't retain a copy anywhere after you uninstall. Subscription and billing records (if you purchased KlariVital Plus) are handled entirely by Apple or Google — see their own account deletion and purchase history policies for those records.
On iOS, a small encryption key used to protect your data may briefly remain in the device Keychain after uninstalling, which is standard iOS behavior for many apps. It cannot be used to recover any of your data once the app itself is removed, and reinstalling KlariVital always starts a fresh account with no access to previous data.
If you previously used KlariVital's optional encrypted backup feature to save a backup file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Files, that file lives in your own cloud storage, not ours — delete it there as well if you want to remove that copy too.
